Heads up: this app takes an experimental approach. Its interface departs from traditional lighting-control conventions, so if you're used to other lighting software, expect things to look and behave quite differently here!

Getting Started

Run your first live light show in five steps:

  1. Download & Install

    Download the latest release for your platform from GitHub Releases. Available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

  2. Create a Patch

    Navigate to the Patch page to configure your outputs and fixtures.

    Add an output for your hardware:

    • Serial DMX: Click "+", select "Serial", and choose your USB-DMX adapter from the dropdown. The port will auto-reconnect when available.
    • sACN/E1.31 / Art-Net: Click "+", select "sACN" or "Art-Net", and enter your receiver's IP address. Configure the universe number as needed.
    • WLED: Click "+", select "WLED", enter your device's IP address, and click "Sync" to auto-discover segments.

    For DMX outputs, import fixture profiles by dragging GDTF files into the Fixture Profiles panel, or create custom profiles manually. Download profiles for thousands of fixtures from gdtf-share.com.

    Create a patch by dragging fixtures from the Fixture Profiles panel onto the universe grid. Group similar fixtures together on the "Groups" tab to control them as a unit.

  3. Add a Tile to the Live View

    Go to the Live page and click on a blank tile to configure it. Tiles are your control surface for triggering effects during a performance. You can edit tiles by either clicking on the triangle in the upper right corner or long-pressing a tile. Click and drag tiles to rearrange them into open slots!

  4. Create a Rainbow Effect

    Click the "+" button to add an effect. Select "Preset Effect" and then "Rainbow Effect". Set the "Timing Mode" to "Beat" and the number of beats to 4. Finally, select "All Fixtures" as the output target.

  5. Sync the Beat & Enjoy

    Press the spacebar to sync the beat to your music. Tap your tiles to trigger effects and watch your lights come alive!
